We believe the best chocolates can only be made with the best ingredients. We put time and care into sourcing our raw materials, with an emphasis on creating memorables experiences with honest ingredients. Wherever possible, we seek out direct relationships with the producers and we prioritize Mediterranean flavours, which lets us incorporate more locally sourced ingredients.

We acknowledge that the chocolate supply chain necessarily starts far from our store, in tropical areas over which we have no direct control. But that doesn't mean it has to involve child labour or deforestation; as is commonly seen in mass-produced chocolate. From the very beginning, we have exclusively used carefully sourced chocolate that respects the earth and pays a fair price to the farmers.

We further try to do our part for the planet by using green energy in the store, keeping food waste to a minimum, using plastic-free packaging and donating at least 1% of sales to vetted environmental organizations.
