All of our bonbons are handcrafted with ethical and sustainably produced chocolate, with an emphasis on single-variety and single-origin chocolate. We work mostly with chocolate from Nicaragua, Honduras and Ecuador.

The fillings are 100% homemade using our own recipes and featuring local, natural and seasonal ingredients. We aim to showcase the typical flavours of the Mediterranean, reimagined in the form of a bonbon.

Storage

Our bonbons contain fresh ingredients such as butter and fruit purées. However, they don’t do well in humid environments such as the refrigerator. To better guarantee their organoleptic properties, we recommend keeping them in a cool, dry place between 14 and 16 degrees Celsius.
