Choose between 48% cacao Mayan Red milk chocolate from Honduras, or 70% cacao Nica Brown dark chocolate from Nicaragua, both of which are single-variety chocolates cultivated with care and minimally processed in order to preserve their natural flavour notes. Also available in a vegan version using dark chocolate from Virunga, Congo.
