Per\u00f2 de vegades fa mandra pensar en la preparaci\u00f3. Aqu\u00ed et deixem tres maneres de preparar-te una tassa de xocolata calenta \u2013 algunes de m\u00e9s f\u00e0cils i algunes de m\u00e9s laborioses, depenent del resultat que busques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Personalment, prefereixo no afegir espessidors com mid\u00f3 de blat de moro o farina d'arr\u00f2s, ja que trobo que dilueixen el sabor. A Danielle Pacheco Chocolatier venem la xocolata trossejada amb la seva mantega de cacau, a difer\u00e8ncia de les barreges que usen cacau desgreixat. En contenir aquest greix natural del cacau, la beguda encara t\u00e9 la capacitat per sortir for\u00e7a espessa, sobretot si es prepara al foc. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si tens una rajola de xocolata que t'agrada molt i no es ven en format ja trossejada, la pots ratllar o tallar a trossos molt petits amb un ganivet (ves amb cura ja que la xocolata \u00e9s dura i si es rellisca el ganivet et pot tallar - parlo per experi\u00e8ncia pr\u00f2pia!).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">M\u00e8tode #1: A la cassola<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aquesta manera tradicional i nost\u00e0lgica requereix remoure durant uns 10 minuts mentre assaboreixes l'aroma dels vapors que emanen de la cassola.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per comen\u00e7ar, dosifica 2-3 cullerades soperes de xocolata trossejada i afegeix-les a una olla amb uns 200 mL de llet. A foc mitj\u00e0 sense permetre que bulli la llet, ves remenant per fondre la xocolata i integrar-la a la llet. Mentrestant, dosifica 2-3 cullerades soperes de xocolata trossejada dins d'una ampolla d'aigua t\u00e8rmica (de les de metall, que protegeixen contra la calor). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bolca l'aigua bullint per sobre de la xocolata, nom\u00e9s lo suficient per cobrir la xocolata. Tanca b\u00e9 l'ampolla i sacseja-la fort durant 30 segons. El resultat ha de ser un l\u00edquid molt esp\u00e8s amb la xocolata perfectament desfeta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aquest l\u00edquid el pots abocar en una tassa i acabar de rematar-lo amb llet calenta o llet vegetal (la llet de civada t\u00e9 una textura naturalment espessa que funciona b\u00e9), o beure'l sense m\u00e9s ni m\u00e9s. A l'estiu, a mi m'agrada afegir-li dos o tres gla\u00e7ons de gel i beure-m'ho fred.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-4 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">M\u00e8tode #3: Al microones<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El defecte del microones \u00e9s que no permet remenar cont\u00ednuament. Si es posa la xocolata molt de temps sense remenar, es pot cremar. Tot i aix\u00f2, el microones pot ser una bona opci\u00f3 si vas amb pressa i nom\u00e9s tens cacau en pols.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En una tassa, afegeix dues cullerades de cacau en pols, una cullerada de sucre (aix\u00f2 va per gustos; ho pots ajustar) i omple la tassa de llet o llet vegetal. Posa-ho un minut i mig al microones i remou-ho b\u00e9 amb una petita cullera. A punt!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El factor m\u00e9s important per a una bona xocolata a la tassa<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Trieu el m\u00e8tode que trieu, la qualitat de la xocolata \u00e9s primordial per assegurar una bona xocolata a la tassa. Recomano fer servir una xocolata negra fina d'aroma amb percentatge de cacau d'almenys 70%. Pots afegir tamb\u00e9 esp\u00e8cies o sabors com ara ratlladura de taronja, menta, etc. Prova amb un pessic de sal per ressaltar el sabor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>No hay nada como tomarse una taza bien calentita de chocolate, un d\u00eda de invierno.
